    Rent paid direct into an account of your choice.
     
  • RENTAL GUARANTEE
    Six months rental guarantee insurance.
     
  • LEGAL PROTECTION
    Legal expenses paid in the event of a Landlord/Tenant dispute.
     
  • LEGISLATION
    Free advice on safety requirements for letting.
     
  • TENANT VETTING
    Rigorous vetting by a combination of personal interview and the highly successful LETSURE credit reference service.
     
  • DAMAGE DEPOSIT
    Against dilapidations, equivalent to between one and one-and-a-half month's rent (usually one-and-a-quarter).
     
  • AGREEMENTS
    Comprehensive agreements regularly updated by solicitors to incorporate new legislation.
     
  • INVENTORIES
    Comprehensive inventories including condition report.
     
  • PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
    As often as you wish. Free quarterly inspections for managed properties.
     
  • PUBLICITY
    Regular advertising in local papers, parish magazines, sponsorships, Yellow Pages, internet. Contacts through personal recommendations and personnel departments of large local companies, Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, and University of East Anglia.
