Six months rental guarantee insurance.
LEGAL PROTECTION
Legal expenses paid in the event of a Landlord/Tenant dispute.
LEGISLATION
Free advice on safety requirements for letting.
TENANT VETTING
Rigorous vetting by a combination of personal interview and the highly
successful LETSURE credit reference service.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Against dilapidations, equivalent to between one and one-and-a-half
month's rent (usually one-and-a-quarter).
AGREEMENTS
Comprehensive agreements regularly updated by solicitors
to incorporate new legislation.
INVENTORIES
Comprehensive inventories including condition report.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
As often as you wish. Free quarterly inspections for managed properties.
PUBLICITY
Regular advertising in local papers, parish magazines,
sponsorships, Yellow Pages, internet. Contacts through personal
recommendations and personnel departments of large local companies,
Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, and University of East Anglia.
